for 30 minutes having this product develop. I offer dark blue, black, dark
gray, and brown. This lasts 2 - 3 months because you are dropping eye lashes
regularly. It takes 10 minutes to apply correctly and it is truly
beautiful for people with light lashes or brows. You wake up with no dark
rings under your eyes, ready for the day ahead. Many clients do this after
having permanent eyeliner applied.
